Having lived and traveled across developed and developing countries, my heart is to enable global collaboration to solve critical people challenges; bringing more of heaven across our earth.

Coming from an underfunded public high school in Atlanta, I struggled, and eventually thrived, as a student at the University of California at Berkeley, then earned an MBA from Emory University. That experience led me to co-found the Future Foundation, an organization devoted to preparing Atlanta public schoolchildren for higher education, which I led for 17 years before going to work for the city. I was honored to be named one of America’s Leaders of Change, and to serve as a U.S. Air Force Reservist. I currently sit on several boards that support increasing equity and improving children’s lives.
As a sought-after speaker, I tell stories of Courageous Acts of Unity to inspire audiences to change the world for the better.
