Last updated: 1 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how DOMINIQUE HENDRICKSON-GERRICK GROUP LTD, trading as Kingdom HR, Dunamis Collective and The Holding Space HR ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites:

It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information more generally.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They let the site work properly, keep it secure, and help the owner understand how it is used. Some cookies are set by us ("first-party cookies"). Others are set by services we use on our pages, such as our booking calendar ("third-party cookies").

Cookies last either until you close your browser ("session cookies") or for a set period ("persistent cookies").

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies for two purposes:

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell any information collected through cookies.

3. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

Cookie Set by Purpose Duration
__cf_bm Calendly (via Cloudflare) Protects the booking calendar from automated bot traffic 30 minutes
_cfuvid Calendly (via Cloudflare) Limits excessive requests to the booking calendar Session
m Stripe, loaded within the Calendly booking calendar Fraud prevention Up to 2 years
__cf_bm Hostinger (via Cloudflare) Protects our newsletter sign-up form from automated bot traffic 30 minutes

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

Cookie Set by Purpose Duration
_ga Google Analytics Distinguishes one visitor from another so we can count visits 2 years
_ga_KLGH3NSSXD Google Analytics Keeps track of a visit across pages 2 years

Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location. It does not tell us who you are. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Other services that do not set cookies

Our websites load fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts. These services do not set cookies on your device, but your browser connects to them to download the fonts, which means they receive your IP address. Adobe also records that a font has been viewed, for licensing purposes. You can read their privacy policies at adobe.com/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

Our pages link to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. These are plain links: nothing is loaded from those platforms, and no cookies are set, unless you click through to their sites.

5. Your choices

When you first visit one of our websites, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept or reject them, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. If you reject them, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same.

You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings: most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing ones, or warn you before a cookie is stored. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the booking calendar from working. For guidance on managing cookies in different browsers, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if we add or remove cookies or change how we use them. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
