One life. Three expressions. One shared purpose.

Dominique’s story has been shaped across countries, cultures and communities, through a career spanning foundational HR to global workforce strategy, and by a faith that has guided each stage of her journey.

Her experience, professional journey and calling now come together through three distinct expressions of work, united by one purpose: to strengthen people and organisations, expand opportunity and create meaningful change.

The impact Dominique commits to make

To leave people, organisations and communities stronger, better equipped and able to create opportunities that continue long after the work is complete.

Opportunity

Building workforce capability, widening access and advancing economic growth.

Foundations

Establishing solid HR foundations that help organisations fulfil their purpose.

Development

Equipping HR professionals to lead with clarity, confidence and wise judgement.

Dominique Hendrickson-Gerrick

Dominique brings 14 years experience supporting global financial firms, HR professionals and Christian organisations with complex people, leadership and workforce challenges.

Throughout her career, three consistent challenges emerged:

  • Workforce strategies are often designed without considering economic development.
  • Many Christian organisations lack HR expertise to support their people and mission.
  • HR professionals carry significant responsibility often without dedicated support.
These challenges inspired three HR spaces, united by a commitment to lasting impact.

Dominique partners with organisations, leaders and HR professionals to create lasting impact that strengthens organisations, communities and the lives of those they serve.

14 years of senior HR experience
